David Alexander and Justin Sevier Named to Shreveport Economic Recovery Task Force

Local Shreveport business leaders have formed a task force to help advise and lead Shreveport into economic recovery as we enter Phase I of reopening amid the COVID-19 medical crisis. The mission of the committee is to identify ways to bring business back to our community.

Attorney Larry English and Co-Chair Desi Sprawls of Forte and Tablada are leading the effort to jump start the Shreveport economy.

Vintage Realty’s managing partner, David Alexander, was appointed to represent the commercial real estate, multifamily, and development side of recovery. David has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate business.

Justin Sevier of Vintage Construction Group and Vintage Homes was selected to offer guidance on behalf of the commercial and residential home construction industries. In 2006, Justin Sevier and David Alexander formed Vintage Homes to achieve their goal of detailed construction work and community development in the south. As Managing Partner, Justin manages all projects including new homes, luxury developments, commercial construction, and workforce housing communities.

Overall there are 40 members of the committee representing the various industries and interests that impact the Shreveport-Bossier economy. For an entire list of committee members, Read More Here.
