Another landmark industrial property has changed hands in North Louisiana.
Congratulations to Archer Frierson, CCIM, SIOR on the successful sale of the former Ardagh Glass Manufacturing Facility in Simsboro, Louisiana. This 682,463-square-foot industrial property on 89 acres with Interstate 20 frontage has been acquired by a private investor, marking an exciting new chapter for a site that served the region since the late 1960s before closing in 2023.
The transaction underscores the continued demand for large-scale industrial assets in North Louisiana. Archer continues to play a key role in the region’s economic development efforts, following his involvement in the transformative sale of the former Libbey Glass Plant in 2025.
