Vintage Homes and VAS Construction LLC

Justin Sevier joined the Vintage Realty Company Team in 2006 to enhance their goals in community development. Justin now manages VAS Construction and Vintage Homes, two companies born from Vintage Construction Group and licensed in residential and commercial construction. They have been building custom and speculative homes all across Shreveport/Bossier City in planned communities such as Provenance-Shreveport’s only Traditional Neighborhood Development, Southern Trace, St. Andrews, Twelve Oaks and more. They also have a number of other residential developments in the planning stages.

While being one of Shreveport-Bossier’s premier custom home builders, Vintage Homes began managing tenant improvements and build-outs in the commercial arena. As those opportunities grew, VAS Construction LLC was born.  A few notable commercial construction projects include the Clubhouse, Gym and Pools at Provenance, The Provenance Veterinary Hospital and the David Toms 265 Academy Clubhouse.

Before coming to Vintage, Justin worked for two and a half years in Baton Rouge for Louisiana’s largest homebuilder, PCC Homes, where he served as Project Supervisor on three of South Louisiana’s most successful subdivisions. All three subdivisions were located in Livingston Parish and ranged in size from 130 to 220 individual lots. PCC Homes was acquired by D.R Horton out of Fort Worth, TX in March of 2006, and Justin chose to pursue his goals with the Vintage family in May.

In 2011, Justin Sevier was named to the Top 40 under 40 by Professional Builder Magazine – a national award.  In 2012, the Shreveport-Bossier Chamber of Commerce offices and The Forum Magazine named him Top 40 under 40 in Shreveport for his community and business contributions. In 2019, Provenance Development was awarded a Best in American Living Award (BALA) from the National Association of Home Builders. Vintage Construction Group / Vintage Homes also won a 2nd Place award for Louisiana Remodeling Excellence from the Louisiana Home Builders Association for a large scale renovation and expansion in the historical South Highlands neighborhood.

In 2021, Vintage Homes won a GOLD Award for “The Gates on Greenleaf” Townhomes and a PLATINUM award for Phase I of the Garden Cottages on Woodberry Avenue. The Garden Cottages also brought home a Best in the South Central Region award as one of the top seven projects recognized nationwide!

Following up in 2022, Vintage Homes won a Silver BALA award for single-family custom home in the 2000-3000 square foot range for a home built along Provenance’s Magnolia Park.

Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from LSU in the fall of 2003 with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. He was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and the Men’s Golf Team.
