Strategically positioned within the community and central business district, Walmart Plaza is one of the area’s most prominent retail destinations. The center benefits from exceptional visibility and access, with approximately 21,105 vehicles per day traveling along Keyser Avenue.
The property serves a strong and growing trade area, with an average household income of $73,000 within a one-mile radius and more than 220,000 monthly visits—totaling an estimated 2.6 million visits annually. According to Placer.ai, Walmart Plaza ranks in the top 15% nationally for foot traffic, reinforcing its role as a key retail hub in the region.
Walmart Plaza is uniquely positioned adjacent to the only Walmart within a 30-mile radius, further enhancing its consistent draw of shoppers. The center is also located less than one mile from Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and just two miles from Northwestern State University, providing a steady mix of local, student, and commuter traffic.
Vintage Realty’s leasing team, led by Hilary Bransford and Brad Armstrong, is actively marketing available spaces within the center. Claudia Scott will oversee property management, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence.
