Acadian Village Shopping Center in Baton Rouge is Under Management with Vintage Realty Company Shreveport, Louisiana – April 18, 2016 – Acadian Village located at 3535 Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana joined Vintage Realty Company’s retail property management and leasing portfolio effective January 2016. This fully leased 79,920 square foot shopping center opened in 2013. Vintage is providing fullProperty Management services including Marketing, Accounting, and Maintenance.
