Vintage Realty is proud to welcome Spencer Lamb as our new Chief Financial Officer!
Spencer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and holds a credential as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. Professionally, Spencer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA).
Before joining Vintage Realty Company, he was with Heard, McElroy & Vestal (HMV) in Shreveport for six years as a Business Valuation Manager where he contributed to numerous valuation opinions and calculations for estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, forensic and litigation services, and other financial consulting projects. Prior to HMV, he had several years of experience as an auditor in Dallas, Texas. Spencer has authored expert witness reports, provided deposition testimony, and qualified as an expert witness in accounting and valuation in Louisiana District Court.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Spencer is actively involved in the Shreveport community. He is a member of the Tax and Estate Planning Council of Shreveport and serves on the Loyola College Prep Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus and is Treasurer for both the Caddo Sheriff’s K-9 Unit Support Foundation and the Cotillion Club of Shreveport.
In recognition of his professional achievements and community contributions, Spencer was named to the 40 Under Forty Class of 2024 by the Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana, a program of the Greater Shreveport Chamber, and participated in the Greater Shreveport Leadership Program in 2024.
