Vintage Realty Company was honored to receive several awards and nominations at the 2024 Elite Awards by the Acadiana Apartment Association!
Regional Managers Laura Brabham and Tina Garris were on hand to accept the award for Management Company of the Year. Not only that, but Main Street at River Ranch Property Manager Lisa Melancon brought home the 2024 Community Property Manager of the year award!
In addition, Lisa Melancon was sworn in as the new manager of the executive board and Ty Touvell was sworn in as an executive board member. John Romero was also named as a nominee for Maintenance Person of the Year and Nelson Pointe’s Kate Carlin was nominated as Assistant Manager of the Year.
