Shreveport—Pierremont Office Park II located at 910 Pierremont Road at Line Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. The BOMA 360 Performance Program® validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management. Pierremont Office Park II is only the third building in Louisiana to receive this award. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta New Orleans branch is one, while Beaird Tower in Shreveport is the other.
