Michele Sauls has been with Vintage Realty Company since it was founded in 1988. She has been active in brokerage, development services, leasing, property and construction management of all types of commercial properties; including office –CBD and suburban, medical office, industrial, retail and land acquisition, disposition, and buyer/tenant representation.

For the past fifteen years, she has been recognized as one of the top producing agents in the Shreveport-Bossier market. In recent years, her services have been requested as a consultant providing work-out solutions to meet the more specific client needs of various corporate, institutional and local owner/investor groups.

In addition, for over 20 years Michele lead the growth and development of the Brokerage & Leasing Services department as Director and in 2017 transitioned to be a full time Associate Broker.

Before joining Vintage Realty Company she was with the Trammell Crow Company. Michele came to Shreveport from Chicago, Illinois where she was employed as Project Manager/Tenant Coordinator in the office development division of Rubloff, Inc. She is a graduate of Michigan State University.
