Kelly Killian serves as Senior Property Manager with Vintage Realty, where she oversees property operations, tenant relations, and the overall performance of a commercial portfolio. She is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service while fostering strong, responsive relationships with both tenants and clients.

Prior to joining Vintage Realty, Kelly served as Chief Operating Officer of Red River Sanitors, where she provided strategic leadership and directed daily janitorial operations. Over nearly fourteen years with the organization—including the last seven in an executive role—she developed a strong foundation in operational management and team leadership.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from Northwestern State University in 2000. In addition to her role in property management, she continues to practice as a computed tomography technologist, reflecting her technical expertise and attention to detail.

She is dedicated to enhancing tenant satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to creating positive, well-managed environments that support long-term client success.

Outside of work, Kelly has been married to her husband, Kaleb, for nearly 30 years. She is a proud mother of two children, has a daughter-in-law, and is a grandmother to one grandson. Her son proudly serves in the United States Coast Guard. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, and her hobbies include cooking, thrift shopping, and relaxing at the beach.
