Claudia Scott is a results-driven commercial property manager with a strong background in operations management, tenant relations, budgeting, and marketing strategy. She brings a detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing retail and mixed-use properties while ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and positive tenant experiences.

Claudia joined the team in January 2026 and oversees the day-to-day management of Beaird Tower and One Texas Center, with a focus on lease compliance, property inspections, vendor coordination, and tenant communication. She works closely with ownership, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain property standards, address operational needs, and support long-term asset value.

She holds an MBA in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Claudia is known for her organized, people-first approach and her ability to bridge operations and marketing to deliver measurable results.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys playing golf, spending time with her dogs, Finley and Rosie, and relaxing with her cat, Kota.
