Angela Kirkpatrick brings a passion for efficiency and excellence to her role as Lease Administrator at Vintage Realty Company, where she is responsible for processing and monitoring lease data and compliance across the company’s entire commercial and mixed-use portfolio.
Angela joined Vintage Realty in August 2021 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, a role that gave her the opportunity to collaborate closely with team members and leaders across the company. Her cross-departmental insight proved especially valuable during a major software conversion, and she quickly became a resource for training and assisting others through the transition. As the need for a dedicated commercial lease administrator emerged, Angela was selected to build the role from the ground up, establishing it as a central point of support for lease processing and compliance.
Prior to joining Vintage Realty, Angela spent 16 years in clerical, billing, and managerial roles within the Willis-Knighton Physician Network, developing a strong foundation in detail-oriented, process-driven work that has translated seamlessly into commercial real estate.
Angela has a keen eye for detail and enjoys using systems and automation to improve workflow and productivity. She is committed to continual learning and looks forward to mastering new technology while providing innovative, dependable support to Vintage Realty’s Accounting, Property Management, and Leasing teams.
Outside of work, Angela treasures time with her family and friends, and is actively involved in serving at her church and volunteering with various mission partners both near and far. She also enjoys home improvement projects, good food, and unwinding with a great movie, show, or audiobook.
