Adam Ward serves as the Multifamily Support Specialist for Vintage Realty, supporting operations across the company’s multifamily portfolio. Since stepping into this role in January 2026, he has worked closely with onsite teams to provide operational support, training, reporting, compliance guidance, and process improvement initiatives.

Adam joined Vintage Realty in 2024 as Assistant Manager at The Boulders on Fern, where he gained experience in property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial management. Prior to Vintage Realty, he served as a Leasing Manager in student housing, leading leasing efforts, training team members, and helping drive occupancy performance.

In 2022, Adam was named Leasing Consultant of the Year by Coastal Ridge Real Estate. Drawing on his experience in both student housing and conventional multifamily communities, he works to support site teams and contribute to the success of Vintage Realty’s properties.
