Russ Town Crossing Break Ground in Ruston, Louisiana
Construction is officially underway at Russ Town Crossing, a new 110-townhome student community in Ruston, Louisiana.
The groundbreaking marks an exciting milestone for the development, which is being built with Louisiana Tech students and the greater Ruston community in mind. Representatives from the project team, local community leaders, and supporters gathered to celebrate the start of construction and the next phase of bringing Russ Town Crossing to life.
From the earliest stages of planning, the City of Ruston, Mayor Ronny Walker, and his team have welcomed the development and supported the project throughout the process. We are grateful for their partnership and for the warm welcome we have received from the Ruston community.

Russ Town Crossing will feature 110 townhomes designed for student living, providing a new housing option in the growing Ruston market. Construction is now underway, the community’s new website is live, and leasing information will be available soon.
