Shreveport, Louisiana – August 13, 2018 – The Fortis Company, represented by Tammie Lowe, CFO has purchased 1846 Fairfield Avenue, currently named the Highland View Tower, a 208 unit high rise multi-family property. The Fortis Company will renovate the property to Class A standards to provide housing to the growing medical community in the Fairfield area. The Fortis team is working with Plan A Architecture and Aillet, Fenner, Jolly & McClelland of Shreveport to provide the design and engineering for the project. Fortis currently owns and operates properties in Bossier City, Lake Charles, Dallas, Arlington, Mobile and Orange Beach.   The seller was represented by John Hamilton of Vintage Multi Family – a department within Vintage Realty Company.
