- 84 students will live in four three-story buildings surrounding a shared plaza
- Each floor = self-contained six-bedroom house with:
- 5 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom
- 3 bathrooms, private patio/balcony
- Large shared living space, kitchen with full-sized appliances
- Washer/dryer in every unit + mini-fridge in each bedroom
- First-floor units fully ADA-accessible, tripling Centenary’s accessible housing
- Project managed by VAS Construction and Vintage Realty (Shreveport) & designed by Pecot and Company (Lafayette)
