Troy Asberry – Director of Maintenance, Multi-Family

Troy Asberry joined Vintage Realty in April 2025, bringing with him over 37 years of experience in the commercial and residential HVAC and mechanical industries. He has a strong background in multifamily maintenance, having served as both a technician and supervisor, and has worked extensively on both government and private sector construction contracts.

Troy earned his HVAC certification from Shreveport-Bossier Vocational Institute in 1987 and holds a Universal EPA Certification, a Mechanical Journeyman License, and a degree from Trane HVAC University in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He also possesses numerous industry certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1 (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), and the Encana Safety Orientation Program.

A former Department of Defense employee with the U.S. Air Force, Troy holds multiple federal certifications. He is certified in CPR for both adults and infants and is also recognized as a Competent Person for heavy equipment operation.
