Jan Johnson joined Vintage Realty Company in September 2023 as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager and promoted to Commercial Property Manager in May 2024. She has been in property management since 2008 and began her career in the multifamily industry as a Leasing Agent for Class-A apartment communities. Jan was then promoted to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Operation Analyst and was responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, training and administration of 18 apartment communities and student housing.

 

In 2019, Jan obtained her Texas Real Estate License and began her career in Commercial Property Management with Holt Lunsford and Epic Real Estate Partners in Dallas/Ft. Worth. She managed office and retail centers across the United States.

 

With Vintage Realty Company, Jan is a Commercial Property Manager for 10 CHRISTUS Trinity Clinics & Urgent Care Centers, Crescent Estates Shopping Center, along with serving as the Manager of the Provenance Traditional Neighborhood Development Homeowners Association.
