Billy Slagle brings more than 12 years of dedicated experience with Vintage Realty, proudly serving the Lake Charles and Sulphur communities since 2014. Throughout his tenure, Billy has consistently demonstrated his reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining our communities to the highest standards while providing exceptional service and support to residents and team members.

Before stepping into his role as Southwest Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Billy developed extensive hands-on experience overseeing the maintenance needs of our Lake Charles-area properties. His knowledge of multifamily maintenance, combined with his practical approach to problem-solving, has made him a trusted resource for both property and maintenance teams.

In addition to his multifamily experience, Billy brings a strong background in residential home remodeling, providing him with a broad understanding of construction, repairs, renovations, and property operations. His hands-on knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions have been valuable assets throughout his career with Vintage Realty.

As Southwest Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Billy oversees maintenance operations in the Lake Charles and Lafayette areas. In this role, he provides leadership, technical expertise, and operational support to 1,578 apartments, 64 commercial spaces, and 66 condominiums.

He is committed to sharing his knowledge, mentoring team members, supporting property operations, and helping ensure our communities remain well-maintained and provide an exceptional living experience for our residents.
