Ty Touvell serves as the Southeast Area Manager, providing operational leadership and support throughout the Southeast Louisiana Region. He currently oversees operations at Park Rowe Village and Reserve at Shoe Creek in Baton Rouge, as well as Elan at Terra Bella in Covington.

Ty joined Vintage Realty in 2021 and has grown through several leadership positions, beginning as a Leasing Consultant before advancing to Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and now Southeast Area Manager. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in multifamily operations, mixed-use communities that include commercial spaces and condominium associations, financial performance, team development, leasing strategy, capital improvement projects, and resident relations.

In addition to his role at Vintage Realty, Ty serves on the Board of Directors for the Acadiana Apartment Association, where he helps support and advance the multifamily industry. He also holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential through the National Apartment Association.
