Micah Brabham brings more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, with a career dedicated to excellence in property maintenance. Throughout his career, he has worked with respected property management companies, including Campbell Management, Gross Management, and Vintage Realty.

Since joining Vintage Realty in 2005, Micah has held several key leadership roles. Before being promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor in 2025, he served as Senior Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing maintenance operations in the Lake Charles and Lafayette areas. He managed the teams serving 1,708 total units, including 1,578 apartments, 64 commercial spaces, and 66 condominiums.

In 2026, he was promoted to the Director of Multifamily Maintenance for the state of Louisiana. In this role he provides leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for 20+ communities, helping ensure high standards of property maintenance, resident satisfaction, and team performance.
