Micah Brabham brings more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, with a career dedicated to excellence in property maintenance. Throughout his career, he has worked with respected property management companies, including Campbell Management, Gross Management, and Vintage Realty.

Since joining Vintage Realty in 2005, Micah has held several key leadership roles. Before being promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor in 2025, he served as Senior Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing maintenance operations for Nelson Pointe, Country Club Pointe, and Belle Savanne. In his current role, he provides leadership, technical expertise, and operational support across multiple communities in the Lake Charles and Lafayette areas, helping ensure high standards of property maintenance, resident satisfaction, and team performance. He manages the teams serving 1,708 total units, including 1,578 apartments, 64 commercial spaces, and 66 condominiums.
