With two decades of experience in property management and the multifamily housing industry, Alexis Horton rejoined Vintage Realty Company in 2023 as Commercial Property Manager for Pierremont Office Park, overseeing more than 195,000 square feet of professional office space.

In her role, Alexis manages the day-to-day operations of the property with a focus on creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment for tenants and their guests. Her responsibilities range from building strong tenant relationships and coordinating tenant events to overseeing maintenance, property financials, vendor services and capital improvement projects. She keeps a close eye on the details throughout the office park, identifying needs and opportunities that enhance both the tenant experience and the long-term value of the property.

Alexis holds a degree in Communications from Central Christian College of Kansas. Outside of work, she is active in her local community and has volunteered as a children’s minister, an experience that also led to an internship with her church’s finance team.

Alexis is married with two daughters and a Silver Labrador.
