Jessica Heyward joined Vintage Realty Company as the Director of Human Resources in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and people analytics. With a career spanning multiple industries, including hospitality and media, she offers a comprehensive understanding of the diverse challenges and opportunities within human resources.

Before joining Vintage, Jessica worked with LifeShare Blood Center in Shreveport, where she played a key role in HR operations, strengthening workplace culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to relocating to the Shreveport area, she was a dedicated military spouse in both Charleston, South Carolina, and Okinawa, Japan, gaining valuable experience navigating the unique employment landscapes of military communities.

Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in HR Technology and Analytics from Western Governors University, completed in August 2025. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional English from South Carolina State University and holds SHRM People Analytics Credentials, reinforcing her expertise in data-driven HR strategy, workforce analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.

An active member of the military community, Jessica is deeply involved in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she serves on multiple committees at both the local and regional levels. Passionate about creating inclusive work environments and supporting employee growth, she is committed to aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable organizational success.
