We believe tenant relations begin when the lease is signed. We separate tenant relations into phases.
- Pre-Move-In: A Tenant Orientation Handbook is prepared detailing policies and procedures. This assists the tenant in getting acquainted with our property, billing procedures and staff.
- Move-In: A detailed checklist is completed and mutually agreed upon documenting move-in condition, etc.
- Tenant Meetings: Periodic tenant visits are required of each manager at Vintage Realty Company(at least one visit per quarter). Each visit is memorialized by the manager in a Tenant Meeting Report which is copied to all related departments and senior management.
Our Tenant Retention Program continues through the tenant’s full term of the lease. Tenant retention activities are planned to express appreciation to the tenants. An example of activities include owner-sponsored breakfasts, book fairs, ice cream socials, lease renewal gift baskets, blood drives, delivery of chocolates on Valentines Day, King Cakes during Mardi Gras and more!
An independent survey recently conducted in 2013 for all office building tenants in the Vintage portfolio found that 97% of the tenants were satisfied with the management services provided by Vintage Realty Company.
