Tina Garris joined Vintage Realty in November 2020 as the Property Manager for Waterview, Waterhouse, and Village Station Apartments at Sugar Mill Pond in Youngsville, Louisiana. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association.

Tina was promoted in September 2023 to the Regional Manager of Multi Family overseeing 1,328 apartment homes in Youngsville, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Covington, Central, and Gonzales, Louisiana.

Prior to joining Vintage, Tina was a Senior Property Manager in the Metro New York and Charlotte, NC markets managing mixed-use, lease ups, condo-conversions, high rises, and garden communities. She also has hospitality industry experience in revenue management and sales with Hilton Worldwide, Westin, and Six Continents in the Dallas, Texas market.

Tina earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette.
