Monica May began her career in the multifamily industry in 2006 as a leasing agent and eventually was promoted to Property Manager/Area Manager. For the past 16 years she has managed various assets, including a luxury lease-up, garden style communities and military housing for Barksdale Air Force Base. She was responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration duties ensuring company standards were achieved and property goals were met.

Monica May joined Vintage Realty Company in December 2021 as a Regional Manager to oversee apartment communities in Shreveport, Alexandria, and Monroe, LA.
