Meredith Cassell joined Vintage Realty Company in May of 2001 in an Administrative Assistant position and moved into Property Management in February of 2003. She began by managing the CHRISTUS Health Shreveport Bossier portfolio consisting of over 600,000 square feet of medical office space. Meredith has since made the transition to commercial office management. She is currently managing an assortment of office buildings that all have local ownership and deep roots in the community. The Beaird office building portfolio consists of Beaird Tower (a Class A, BOMA 360 Performance Building) and One Texas Centre both located in downtown Shreveport. Meredith is also the manager of Petroleum Square I & II, a 61,000 s.f. surburban office campus owned by Franks Management Company. Additionally, she manages Southpointe Center, another suburban office building locally owned by Gamvest Partnership. In May of 2014, she was promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager.
Meredith received her education from Louisiana Tech University where she graduated cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and graduated in 2001 with a Master of Business Administration degree. She also obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) in 2002.
Meredith is a 2003 graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, which assists in the development of future community leaders. She is actively involved in Shreveport Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) where she is a member of the Board of Directors.
