Liz Phelps joined the Commercial Property Management team in May 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. In September 2024, she was promoted to the role of Multi-Family Administrative Assistant. Vintage Realty’s multifamily division specializes in developing and managing apartment communities in Louisiana and surrounding southern states. The portfolio includes upscale apartment complexes, mixed-use developments, and community-focused properties. 

Before joining Vintage, Liz gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She was born and raised in Cortland, New York, and graduated from high school in 2009. In 2021, she relocated to Bossier City with her two sons, Aiden and Roman, due to their father’s military service.
