Laura Brabham, CAM

Laura Brabham joined Vintage Realty in April of 2005 as assistant manager at Nelson Pointe Apartments in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She was promoted to Property Manager in 2008. In 2016, Laura moved to Senior Property Manager overseeing 672 units at 3 separate apartment communities in the Lake Charles/Sulphur area. She is currently Regional Manager of Multi Family Property Management for the South/Southwest Region of Louisiana.

She is a member of the National Apartment Association and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association.

Prior to joining Vintage Realty, Laura spent 10 years in the retail industry. She managed several retail stores, including spending 6 years in management at Talbots, an exclusive women’s retailer which focuses strongly on customer service.

Laura is a graduate of McNeese State University where she received an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
