Jessica Heyward joined Vintage Realty Company as the Director of Human Resources in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. With a career spanning multiple industries, including hospitality and media, she has a deep understanding of the diverse challenges and opportunities within human resources.

Before joining Vintage, Jessica worked with LifeShare Blood Center in Shreveport, where she played a key role in HR operations, fostering a strong workplace culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to relocating to the Shreveport area, she was a dedicated military spouse both in Charleston, SC and Okinawa, Japan, gaining valuable experience navigating the unique employment landscapes of military communities.

Jessica holds a degree in Professional English from South Carolina State University, which has equipped her with strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills essential for effective HR leadership. She remains an active member of the military community and is deeply involved in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she serves on multiple committees at both local and regional levels.
