
David H. Alexander joined Vintage Realty Company in 2018 as General Manager of Development, overseeing new construction in the multifamily division. He has been instrumental in all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects for class-A multifamily communities across Louisiana. In 2025 he transitioned into the executive role of General Manager. In this new position, David expanded his leadership role to oversee Marketing, IT, and Front Desk operations while continuing to manage multifamily development projects.
In addition to development, David managed a multimillion-dollar renovation project for three apartment communities in Lafayette’s River Ranch Development. He is heavily involved in multifamily operations, ensuring the successful performance and management of properties, and contributes to the development and growth of Provenance Community, a 377-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development in south Shreveport. David also serves on multiple HOA boards, offering his expertise in community governance and management.
David holds his Real Estate License with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and earned his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2017. While in college, he gained hands-on experience at Vintage, working in both the Maintenance and Leasing departments for Shreveport’s multifamily properties. After graduation, David moved to Lexington, Virginia, to serve as Associate Director for Chapter Service for his fraternity, traveling nationwide to mentor undergraduates in leadership development.
Outside of work, David enjoys traveling with his family.
