David H. Alexander joined Vintage Realty Company in June 2018 as General Manager of Development, overseeing new construction in the multifamily division. Since starting with Vintage, David has played an integral role in all phases of the multi-million-dollar construction development for five new class-A multifamily communities consisting of over 1,100 units throughout the north and south Louisiana regions. These notable developments are The Reserve at Bayou DeSiard in Monroe, The Reserve at Couret Farms in Lafayette, Elan at Terra Bella in Covington, Park Rowe Village in Baton Rouge, and The Reserve at Shoe Creek in Central, and The Monroe in Downtown Lafayette.
Additionally, David managed a multimillion-dollar renovation project for three apartment communities in Lafayette’s River Ranch Development. Beyond multifamily, David is also involved in the development, management, and growth of Provenance Community, a 377-acre Traditional Neighborhood Development in south Shreveport along Southern Loop.
David holds his Real Estate License with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. He received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in May of 2017. During his college years, he worked part-time at Vintage in both the Maintenance and Leasing departments for the Shreveport, Louisiana multifamily properties. Upon graduation, he moved to Lexington, Virginia to serve as an Associate Director for Chapter Service for his fraternity. He traveled coast to coast working with undergraduates in leadership development.
