In 2020, Vintage Realty opened a new satellite office in Baton Rouge with Associate Broker Ty Harvison. As part of our commitment to serve businesses and residents in the southern region of Louisiana, this office allows us to be more accessible to meet with our brokerage, leasing, and property management clients in South Louisiana.

Associate Broker Ty Harvison is an established and active member of the Baton Rouge community and most recently served as a Vice President and Broker of a real estate development company in the area. Ty is a graduate of Catholic High in Baton Rouge and Louisiana State University. He worked in the banking industry for five years prior to entering the commercial real estate partnership.

Ty’s commercial experience includes real estate site selection, retail tenant representation, development, leasing and sales. Ty has a broad knowledge of the greater Baton Rouge area’s real estate history and trends due to his long-standing relationships. He works with many local, national and international clients from small retail, to multi-family, industrial and office developers and tenants.

Ty’s experience coupled with Vintage’s established regional presence through our nine-community multifamily portfolio will bring a unprecedented level of experience and service to the area.
