Vintage Realty Company will provide “Total Customer Satisfaction” services to your tenants and employees. Our commitment to reaching this goal centers on providing quality, timely service to the tenant’s requests by utilizing Vintage’s 24-hour customer service program. All tenant and resident requests are logged into Vintage’s computer network and dispatched to the proper Vintage Maintenance Technician or vendor immediately. All calls have a follow-up system to ensure that the work is completed and the tenant or resident is satisfied. Our Customer Service Department generates a monthly report showing every service call for each property. The Customer Service Report is reviewed by our senior management and is used not only to help monitor vendors, but to spot any trends or problem areas before they escalate.

Addressing and meeting the tenant or resident’s needs within the budgetary parameters invariably leads to value creation for the owner. Our entire organization is built around this premise and managers and support staff attend professional classes throughout their tenure, including courses offered by IREM, BOMA, NAA, and CCIM.
