Meet Eric Ricard with Vintage Realty! Eric is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Louisiana and joined Vintage in February of 2022. Prior to joining Vintage, Eric played professional golf for 4 years while working part time at his family’s local residential/commercial flooring store providing estimates and pricing.
He’s already hard at work on his first listings including this fully leased investment property in the Ashley Ridge Office Park.
Eric was born and raised in Shreveport and attended Loyola College Prep. He received a scholarship to play golf for Louisiana State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Management.
While at LSU, Eric had 3 individual collegiate wins and was an All-American in 2015. He was also a part of the team when they won an SEC Championship and a National Championship in 2015. Eric was a full-time member of PGA Tour Canada in 2019 and the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 through 2021.
