Shreveport, Louisiana – July 18, 2016 – Vintage Realty Company is proud to announce the affiliation of two licensed commercial real estate agents – Kendall Demouchet and Chris Susilovich. Janet McCollister, also a licensed agent, has joined the Brokerage and Leasing agent support team that assists over eighteen agents.
Kendall Demouchet joined Vintage in April of 2017. His education and training include economic research and financial markets. A Lafayette native, Kendall is a recent graduate from local Centenary College of Louisiana, finishing with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. During his time there, Kendall participated in a wide array of activities such as being a member of the Centenary Gents Basketball team and being invited to speak at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
After beginning as an intern in 2015, Kendall has since joined the Brokerage and Leasing Department as a licensed commercial real estate agent full time and looks forward to engaging and assisting in the Shreveport-Bossier Community.
Chris Susilovich joined Vintage Realty Company in 2017 in their Commercial Brokerage & Leasing Division and is licensed by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Chris started his real estate career with Hortenstine Ranch Company in Dallas, TX, handling farm and ranch transactions throughout Texas.
Chris spent 11 years in Houston, TX as a business development executive, fundraiser and consultant prior to returning home to Shreveport with his family. Chris’ vast experience with a broad range of organizations and businesses has greatly strengthened his sphere of influence throughout Texas and Louisiana. Chris is also a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in Environmental Science and holds a Master’s of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Chris is currently pursuing CCIM designation as a Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Candidate member.
Janet McCollister joined Vintage in August of 2016. She has extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate working in Dallas with Weingarten Realty Investors, Clarion Partners, Henry S. Miller and The Weitzman Group. She is also a long time resident of Shreveport where in 2004 she began her real estate career with a local property management company. She received her Louisiana Real Estate License in 2017.
