The Multi-Family Property Management Department welcomed Edward C. Reinkoester, III, on June 27th, 2012 as Regional Property Manager to manage two multi-family properties in Shreveport as well as four additional apartment communities in Gonzales, Alexandria, and Lake Charles, Louisiana. Additionally, we welcomed Jeronica W. Sanders as Multi-Family Property Manager at Southern Oaks Apartment Homes in Shreveport, Louisiana on July 11th 2012 and Alexandra R. Wright as Champion Lake Apartment Homes Assistant Property Manager on August 8, 2012.The Commercial Property Management Team welcomed Lora S. Davis at the Home Design Center off of E. 70th street in Shreveport where she will be the Assistant Property Manager working with Property Manager Allison Cooksey. Reginald W. Abrams, Jr. joined Vintage on September 24th 2012, as an Accountant. Previously he worked as an Auditor/Accountant and is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a BSBA in Accounting. Vintage Realty Company is also pleased to announce the association of Caroline Norman as a Brokerage & Leasing agent. With a background in Medical Equipment Sales, Caroline knows the importance of understanding her clients’ needs and finding the right solution for them. She is looking forward to applying these skills along with building many new client relationships in the commercial real estate setting.
