Our services include property management, facilities management, long term strategic planning, capital management, sell/hold analysis, process improvement, maintenance (preventative and as requested), construction/project management, service contract management, financial analysis and reporting, lease administration, tenant retention and tenant relations.

Q: What if it is after hours and/or an emergency?
A: If the emergency requires police, fire, or ambulance please contact 911. Commercial tenants should contact 318-222-2266 which is monitored 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Multi-family residents should contact their property office which is also monitored 24 hours a day/seven days a week.
