Vintage’s owners passed on many opportunities to help develop and grow residential markets in Northwest Louisiana in the early years, but these opportunities became a reality with the creation of VAS Construction, Vintage Construction Group, Vintage Homes, and Provenance in 2006.

It all began with the development of Provenance Community. Vintage Realty Company’s residential real estate services consist mainly of neighborhood development, new home and custom home construction as well as select large scale renovations.

Our most established neighborhood development is Provenance, a growing traditional neighborhood development (TND) located in Southeast Shreveport off Southern Loop. Vintage Realty, along with investors, co-developed Provenance – a 366 acre community with a wide variety of single family homes and townhomes. In 2019, Provenance was awarded a GOLD Best in American Living Award by the National Association of Home Builders at the annual International Builders Show.

A TND integrates residential, civic, commercial and retail uses into a walkable, pedestrian-oriented community filled with parks, open spaces and other community amenities. Established design and quality parameters offer a wide palate of house types for every lifestyle. Residents of Provenance benefit from a strong sense of community established through a master plan based on connectivity, communication and convenience. Lively private and public events are planned within the neighborhood throughout the year bringing back the close knit community of our past.

Vintage Realty Company founded Provenance Realty Group in early 2012 as Provenance’s exponential growth necessitated a dedicated, on-site broker. Since then, it has grown to include highly experienced sales associates that not only help people find their dream home, but also help oversee the development of the neighborhood as a whole.

In 2018, Vintage Realty, Vintage Homes, VAS Construction and Provenance Realty Group began construction on a new gated community for South Shreveport off Wallace Lake Road called The Grove at Garrett Farm. The development plan includes 182 upscale homes on 78 beautiful acres.
